Which services do you offer?
We develop and manage websites for small to medium businesses. We also generate content (e.g. website copy, blogs, etc.), and do business branding (corporate identity design, logos, brochures, etc.). To summarise WEB DESIGN. GRAPHIC DESIGN. COPYWRITING. That is our trade. We make it affordable and adventurous for small businesses to have a beautiful online presence.
Which services don’t you offer?
We like the fact that we’re good at what we do – and that means our main focus is on building and maintaining websites. We do have amazing supplementary and value-added services on offer (like virtual business cards, HTML email signatures, setting up Google Business Listings and assisting with Website Privacy Compliance), but we don’t (currently) offer social media marketing or paid advertising campaigns.
We do however have brilliant service partners which we can happily refer you too for Google AdWords and social media marketing.
Do I have to be from Cape Town to get a website?
The amazing thing about living in the 21st century is that we can serve a global client base, without compromising on service. We have clients all over the country and the world – it does however help to be able to liaise in English. ;).
What does a website cost?
That completely depends on your requirements and your available budget. A great place to start is our pricing questionnaire. This will help us determine your needs and the scope of the project.

Which platforms do you build websites on?
We custom-build websites in WordPress and Webflow, which are both content management system (CMS) platforms. Read more about the individual benefits and differences here.
Do you offer domain registration and hosting?
How soon can my website be live?
How soon after paying your deposit can you get the content (site layout, copy, images, branding, etc.) to us? Have a look at this article for a step-by-step look into the web design process. A web design project (from initiation to launch) can take anything from 2 to 10 weeks, depending on the scope and your timeous delivery of required content. We have even pulled off an urgent website in one day, so anything is possible!
How do I get all the required content to you?
Hassle-free is one of the value propositions we pride ourselves on. We use a cloud-based, user-friendly project management tool called Basecamp to communicate with you and to gather the required information to build your website. This eliminates the need for back and forth emails and keeps you in the loop in real-time. We also show you exactly how to utilise it, so no stress if you’ve never worked with it before.
Who will write the content for my site?
The person who knows your business best – that would be YOU – is usually the best person to write about it. You can either do it solo or in collaboration with one of our excellent content writers, who can help you to formulate new copy or edit existing copy to be optimised according to online reading habits and SEO friendly.
Do you offer payment schedules?
We charge a 50% deposit for the once-off website development and design fee, with the balance due before we take your site live. We also offer 3, 6 or 12-month down-payment schedules. Since we offer maintained websites, there are also monthly running costs (such as your hosting, domain and software licenses) as well as backend maintenance (for WordPress-based sites), for which you will receive a monthly report.

What if I want to keep adding to my website after it has launched?
Your website is a living, breathing entity on the Internet. We actually encourage regularly updating your website with content and additional pages as your business grows. We offer optional service retainer hours to our clients, which may be utilised for content updates (such as blogs and articles, company information or additional products or pages), Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) or graphic design. We will also give you access to the backend of your site. You are welcome to add articles and posts yourself, provided that we cannot take responsibility if you were to break anything in the process (we can also offer basic training to help you with this).
Will my website be mobile-friendly (i.e. responsive)?
Yes! Responsive design (adaptable to different screen sizes) is a non-negotiable in this day and age. We’ll make sure your website looks great on a variety of screen sizes.
